A word from a dear friend

March 7, 2012: IHOP-KC (before leaving IHOP for Asheville, NC)
From Miss. Cherie Murdock:
"A season of rest.
Your past does not determine who you are today.
You are a daughter of the Most High God- He has intricately woven your royal garment. -woah!
See who you are in His garment as His daughter--when the accuser comes--look in the mirror!
He is for you, not against you.
Open bare your heart before Him--all your pain and frustrations--give them to Him, He'll exchange them for Himself.
He's humbling you--He's increasing His presence in your life, but it's painful to let go of yourself.
FAITH--your faith will carry you--He's going to call you to mighty things--TRUST in the unseen. You'll need much grace.
JOY is your portion, Hillary, forever. It will carry you--it's His presence.
Fix your gaze on Jesus--the author and perfector of your faith. JOY comes in the pain.
Look and obsess to Him-- He wants to affirm you.
Receive. Sit. Listen.
He MAKES us lie down.
He's teaching you perseverance--to war, to fight, to ask, to not give up.
You're an evangelist-- He's given you eternal perspective.
Intimacy before intercession."

PATIENCE-- "count it all JOY when you fall into various trials"--James 1:2-4
God is the completion of circles. He finishes and completes them.
Trade the spirit of heaviness with a garment of praise. Clothe yourself in the garment of praise. (Isaiah 61:3).
People have seen you change; you're like a different person. You have no idea what the LORD has deposited in you. There's no way to measure His Spirit. All He's deposited in you; He wants you to give it, to impart it to others. A season of impartation and release, and BUILDING with your own hands. Returning to the treasures He's given you, going back and watering the seeds underground, going deeper in the treasures.
Let Him prophesy over you--and prophesy over yourself.
Bind the spirit of heaviness--FREEDOM (FULLNESS), Spirit of Joy
Take authority and bind. Pray in the Spirit. Greater is He who is in you. Reassurance that He is leading you and He has you, He's confident.

I, Hillary, heard Him say, "One of the main weapons He's given me in fighting oppression is DANCING. Dance is a weapon He's given me, use it! It fits me, it feels right (like David's sling). Daily reminder: Our fight is not against flesh and blood, but against spiritual powers and principalities (Ephesians 6:18-19). The Lord's been highlighting identity and authority. Gazing upon Him, it's His light that heals! He is the Father of Lights. He's going to heal my scars. Wherever you are, He will be your home. Home is where He is-- His color, His sound, His eyes, His character."
